Nachdem ich über diesen (http://www.airliners.net/discussions/ge ... in/3035490) interessanten Thread gestolpert bin, äußerte jemand, dass eine interessante "ghost story" geben würde. Daraufhin postete "Wings" diesen Ausschnitt:

Okay, die Crew wollte offenbar vom ATC wissen, ob das Bugfahrwerk ausgefahren sei, erkennbar am Licht. Weil sie sich ausschließlich darauf konzentrierten das Bugfahrwerk rauszubekommen, kam es letztlich zu dem Absturz.
Was ist daran nun "ghost story"? Wenn ich das richtig überblicke, spricht ein Unbekannter(?) teilweise mit der Crew....
Sorry, aber irgendwie blicke ich da nicht durch. Evtl. kann mir ja jemand sagen was da abging.
Könnte jemand bitte auch mal auflisten für was die Abkürzungen (CAM/RDO etc.) stehen?

Ich habe hier http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eastern_Ai ... Flight_401 und hier http://www.airdisaster.com/special/special-ea401.shtml dazu was gefunden.
Demnach sahen Angestelle von Eastern Airlines auf ihren Flügen immer wieder Geister der an Bord des Unglücksfluges ums Leben gekommenen Kollegen.

CAM-1 - Pilot
CAM-2 - Copilot
CAM-3 - Navigator
RDO-1 - Funkspruch aus dem Cockpit (Pilot)
